The NGO Empowerment Platform provides services to support non-governmental organizations (NGOs) through funding opportunities, training, and resources. These Terms govern your use of the Platform, including registration, account management, and interactions with our services.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to represent an NGO.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

3. Registration and Account Approval

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register and create an account. The registration process includes:

• Submitting personal and organizational details, including identification documents.
• Completing a survey to identify your NGO’s sector and needs.
• Verification via a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email.
• Approval by our administrative team, which may result in the issuance of a unique account number and PIN.

We reserve the right to approve, reject, or suspend accounts at our sole discretion. Accounts remain in "PENDING" status until approved. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email, password, account number, PIN).

4. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

5. Funding and Grants

The Platform facilitates access to funding opportunities for approved NGOs. You acknowledge that:

• Grant applications are subject to review and approval by our team.
• Submission of an application does not guarantee funding.
• Funds disbursed must be used for the purposes outlined in your application.
• We may require additional documentation or verification before disbursing funds.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of the NGO Empowerment Platform or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users’ accounts.
• Interfere with the Platform’s functionality or security.
• Misrepresent your identity or organizational affiliation.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you:
